  I have yet to receive my refund. When will I receive it?

  Refund usually takes around five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

  Hi there,

  You only cancelled your upgrade earlier today. Refunds are not instant, but depends on the time your bank or credit card company takes to process the refund on their end and return the funds to your account. This typically takes around ten business days, but can take longer, and is something over which we have no control.
