Purchased premium plan on January 12, 2019, cancelled it 15 minutes later, and want to request a refund, but there is no option to do so under ‘Manage Purchases’. Can’t find any contact info anywhere to get in touch with someone at WordPress. Please help!

I have processed your refund. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
@ninadpatil01, please tag all threads concerning refunds for staff, as we ask in our volunteer guidelines, so we can make sure the refund was correctly processed. -
