  i was supposed to be refunded 96$, my bank account only shows 36$ was refunded…

  If you take a look at your Billing History (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing) we have refunded all the upgrades (Blogger, Personal, and Premium plan) that add up to $96.

  You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipts as a reference.
