  Hello,
  I made a purchase for extensions Per Product Shipping. Unfortunately the extension doesn’t work as we thought, therefore like to ask you to cancel this purchase.
  I couldn’t find the refund function by my purchase.

  You have posted in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. You don’t have any WordPress.com sites in your account, and you’ve never purchased any upgrade from WordPress.com.

  The plugin you’re referring to is made by WooCommerce.com. Please contact their support at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ for help with any purchases you made from that site. We cannot help with WooCommerce.com refund issues here.
