How long the refund takes to appear in your account depends on processing times at your bank or credit card company. We do not have any control over that.
Please follow up with your financial institution directly about this. You can use the transaction number in the refund receipt as a reference with them:

Your refund was processed on 31st December 2018 and there is confirmation of this on the refund receipt @kokkieh mentioned:

In some cases where upgrades are purchased and refunded on the same day (which appears to be the case here), banks sometimes remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. I would also recommend asking them whether they have done so.
