Refund

    Hello, I have just been charged a renewal fee which I would like to be reimbursed for. I was not advised or given any notice that this renewal – in fact the only email I received advised me that if I did not renew that I would lost my domain (which I was happy with).

    Please can you come back to me straight away to confirm that you are able to refund me the amount taken from me as I do not wish to renew this.

    I don’t see any recent charges made to the account you’re contacting us from. The only purchase is one back from 2015.
