    Hi –

    It looks like there has been a payment dispute processed from your financial party. In order for WordPress.com to process a refund, you need to contact that financial party and request that they remove the dispute. Typically, this needs to be done via phone.

    Once they remove that dispute it will show in our system pretty much instantaneously. Write back to us then so we can check. At that point we can process the refund. It will take about 10 days for the money to reach you.

    Otherwise, you can leave the dispute in place. Eventually you’ll get a refund from the bank, but it will take likely take several months to process.
