  how long does a refund take. still waiting for mine

  Refund usually takes around 10-12 business days to appear in your statement.

  Good morning –

  I’ve looked over the account. On 2019-01-26 we processed a full refund of $30.60. Please allow ten days for the funds to reach you.

  At that point, the best place to follow up with is your bank. They’ll let you know when to expect the funds released in to your account. They’ll also tell you how it’s going to be listed on the statement. This varies widely.
