  hi,

  I cancelled my theme and domain the same day,I should have got my refund by now.I have purchased another wordpress theme n domain .Now until unless you guys pay me back ,how do I proceed with my shop.

  I had mentioned I am a kidney transplant patient and with vision impairment.Kindly do it on top priority.I received an email which does not make sense you guys said 7 days so 7 days and more now we are sitting on Monday.Kindly do the needful and oblige.

  and on a ticket you have opened with us.

  Refunds usually take about 7-10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
