  Refund I need to cancel my subscription and get a refund

  If you are in the 30 first days since you subscribe to the paid plan, you’ll receive a refund of the amount you paid. Check this help page for more information about the refund :

  No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are currently logged in to. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please do not share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.

  Please also try logging out of tigocruz3388, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to and reply here so I can check that account.
