  I had cancled my subscription, instead of a refund my bank account was charged again

  I do not see a second charge on your account after you cancelled.

  What likely happened is that the charge only reflected on your bank statement after you’d already requested a refund from us – this is very common as credit card transactions or often placed on hold for a certain period before they’re recorded on the statement.
