  please can you explain how the amounts i have been refunded dont match the amounts i paid

  Howdy –

  There were 2 different refunds processed on your account. One was for $78 and the other for $36. It’s possible they come through as 2 different transactions on the statement from your bank. This refunded amount matches what you’ve paid.
