Refund

Hi, i was told i was getting a refund of $96 which would take 1-2 ‘billing cycles’ to go back into my bank account. This was on 29th November 2018 and i still haven’t had the refund! i have the chat log emailed to me confirming i will be refunded.

You may be able to request a refund on your Purchases page.
In the meantime I’ll add a modlook tag to this post to bring your concern to Staff’s attention.

Hi there,
We processed your refund on 29 November, so that’s when the funds were returned to your financial institution. But we don’t control how long they take to return those funds to your account with them.
Please contact your bank/credit card company directly to ask about this. You can use the transaction ID from our payments processor that appears in the refund receipt as a reference when contacting them.
