  I’m not sure why I still Haven’t received my refund and I cancelled my contract over 10 days ago?

  I’ve checked your account and a full refund was sent on 2nd February 2019:

  Please contact your bank as they should be able to confirm when you can expect the refund to arrive — the transaction ID printed on the refund receipt should help them find it.

  In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded within a day, banks sometimes remove the original payment from statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. It would be worth asking whether they’ve done so in this case.
