  Hey there! I see that the refund For WordPress Premium shows in my account but I still have nor received it. I received the refund for the domain one day after my complaint and this one was supposed to have shown way before.

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them with the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
