Refund

  Hi,
  the charge was unrecognized on my Father’s acct so he asked the bank to refund it and by the time he let me know the option to cancel renewal wasn’t available. Could you please cancel and refund?

  Hi –

  No problem. We can help you. At the moment, there’s a payment dispute in place. Before we can process a refund that dispute will need to be lifted. The most efficient way to do that is to call the bank and let them know that you want to remove the dispute.

  When the dispute is cancelled it will show up on our end a few moments later. Then we can process the refund, which will then reach you in about ten days. You will eventually get a refund with the dispute in place but it typically takes a few months.
