  Hello. I cancelled my plan and domain name that I don’t need anymore. I didn’t see an option to cancel and refund, just to cancel. I saw you have to cancel everything with 48 hours to get a refund. My domain and plan was renewed on Feb 14th. Would like to see if I can still get a refund for the service I am no longer using? Or if the refund is on its way? Thank you.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  I’ve issued a refund and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History (including a receipt):

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on statements, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
