As long as you got the cancellation confirmation email, you should be all set. If you paid via credit card, it can take 1-2 billing cycles to show up and international credit cards can take even longer.
It sounds like you’re already familiar with the refund process, but I’ll leave this support document here just in case:

Hi there,
Your refund was processed on 3 February, so that’s when we returned it to your financial institution. From there it depends on their processes to return the funds to your account with them, so if that hasn’t happened yet, please contact them directly to follow up on this.
