  Kindly refund me the full amount which was transected on my account. I don’t understand why do you want to refund only $36 now. But when I made the payment I made the full payment amount. And I’m not sure why when you have to refund my money it has to take so many days but when you were transacting from my MasterCard it only took you some seconds.

  I would be glad if you show your reliability and take this matter into consideration as soon as possible.
