  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  Hi @jamhoriatpk, i see you were refunded for everything but the domain, as it was too late to properly cancel and release that. We can still get that back for you if you’d like; let us know and we’ll work on those steps.

  The rest of the refund though was processed in January. If you’re still not seeing it on your account, can you contact your bank and ask them to see if it’s stuck in routing or labeled in a way that you did not recognize as a refund?
