  The receipt for credits that you issued in the amount of $96 and $18 were never credited to my account!!

  Hi there, You should see those refunds in your Billing History.

  It can take around 7-10 business days (longer if you are outside the US) depending on the processing time at your financial institution before you’ll see the refund and it will be returned to the same payment method you used to purchase the upgrade. If it has been longer than that time period, please check with your financial institution directly.

  Hi there,

  We issued those refunds on 20 January 2019, so that’s when we returned the funds to your financial institution.

  If the refund is not yet reflecting in your account on that end, it’s a problem with their processing of the refund. Please contact your financial institution directly to enquire about that.

  In the refund receipts you received from us you’ll see transaction IDs from our payment processor for the refunds. You can use those as a reference for the transactions when speaking with your bank.
