  Hello, I recently cancelled my premium plan for 2cream2sugar.wordpress.com and was informed by the system that I would be refunded $129.00 and this has not occurred. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) so we can figure out why this is.

  Hi there, since you mention that you recently cancelled your plan, please note that it can take between 7-10 business days, longer if you are outside of the US, for the refund to arrive and it will be returned to the same method you used to pay for your upgrade plan. You should be able to see the refund in your Billing History as well. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  We issued your refund on 14 February. You can see a receipt for that transaction here:

  Refunds can take up to ten business days, and that depends on the processing times at your bank or credit card company which we don’t control. If you still don’t see the refund reflected in your account by that time, please follow up with your financial institution directly.
