    If you’d like help, just ask! I’ve tagged this thread with “modlook” so a staff member can contact you if you’d still like to process a refund.

    Hi there,

    The site at http://spiritchild.com.au/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another host, hostpapa.com. You are paying them for that site, not us, and you’ll need to contact them to cancel and refund your hosting plan.

    You have never bought any upgrades from us at WordPress.com.
