  Hello,

  I asked for a refund of my wordpress premium on the 1st of february but I still haven’t received the money. WordPress told me i would have a refund within 20 days.
  Can you help me?

  Hi there,

  I see that we processed and released the funds back to you on 02-01 at 1:27:14pm. So, at this point you should have received the funds.

  I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. Is the card that you used to purchase the upgrade still open? We can only refund to the card that was used for the purchase, and it’s up to the card-issuing bank to route the funds to the new account – or send you a check if you no longer have an account with them.
