Refund

    Hi, I get a refund that was sent to my expired bank card and my closed bank account. I will surely not get this money. The bank will resend it to you. I have added my new bank card in the ‘manage payment’ section. Could you send the refund there? Sorry for all the inconvenience and many thanks for your kind help. Tünde Nagy (mamipoci.hu)

    Hi there,

    We can only issue a refund to the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

    Your bank should have existing processes in place to make sure you still receive your refund in a situation like this, so please contact them directly to find out how it works on their end.
