  Can you please share your website URL?

  Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period.

  If you are within the refund period, head to Manage Purchases page on your site and find the upgrade you’d like to refund from the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  Note: For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase and for new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund.

  You will be refunded to the same payment method that was used during your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi there,

  For what upgrade on which site do you need a refund? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never purchased any upgrades from us.
