  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  It can take 7 to 10 working days to reflect the amount in your bank statement.

  Hi –

  I’ve had a look over things and can see that we processed $114.00 back to you on 2019-01-10 . Normally it only takes about ten days for those funds to reach you. International refunds can take longer.

  At this point, the best thing to do is to call your bank and ask them when they’ll be releasing those funds in to your account. Each bank has different processing times. Some places will hold on to it for 1-2 billing cycles. They can also tell you how it will appear on your statement.
