  I have not received a refund on my credit card and it has been well over a week

  Hello, I will tag a staff member to look into this for you. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days if you are in the US, and a little longer if you live outside of the US. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  I can see that we processed a refund for learnalittle.net on 2019-02-11 in the amount of $96.00.

  Normally, this money only takes about ten days to reach you. If you experience a delay, it is best to contact your bank directly. Every bank has individual processing times. Contacting them directly will be the best option at this point.
