Hi i requested a refund just over a week ago , i did explain my bank account had been closed down so needed it to be refunded into another account , yous had already processed the refund before i had chance to explain , yous then stated i would have to wait for it to return back to yous i have since had no update

Hi there,
As several other staff said during chat, I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. We can only refund to the card/bank that was used for the purchase, and it’s up to the card-issuing bank to route the funds to the new account – or send you a check if you no longer have an account with them.

Not yet. The account was refunded a week ago. The refund likely took a few days to route, and your bank says they returned it two days after that. If that’s the case, it’s possible it’s still in routing.
Our payments team is investigating, but it will take some time.

well it dosent take some time for yous to take the money so i would be grateful if someone could get back to me today with a positive update

But let me make sure I understand the sequence of events:
– you bought an upgrade
– then refunded it
– bought it again
– refunded again right after that
– closed the bank account
– bank got the money
– after two days they sent it back our wayRight?
Noting too, normally in cases like these it’s up to the bank to send the money to you. We don’t have a way to refund it on our end if there’s no account attached. Can you contact them to confirm while we continue the investigation here?

I HAVE BEEN BACK INTO MY BRANCH , THEY HAVE STATED BECAUSE MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CLOSE DOWN WELL BEFORE THE REFUND WAS PROCESSED THE MONEY WILL HAVE NOT EVEN GONE FROM YOURS TO MINE AS THE ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXIST. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY SO CAN YOU HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME SO I CAN GIVE NEW DETAILS IN AS ME AND MY PARTNER NOW HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT
