    Hi..I’m waiting a refund that I sent on Mar 10th, so I’m waiting for this refund more than 10 business days.. So could you provide what is the status of this payment? Thanks!

    Hi @metalcod, since you cancelled the upgrade immediately after buying it, the charge was most likely voided rather than refunded.

    Your bank may display this in different ways, sometimes by not showing the original charge at all because it was never finalized. Can you check with them to confirm whether the funds left your account and whether they were returned?
