    Hi,

    I deleten my upgraden within a month after purchase, because i have made an account on wordpress.org. That has been more than a month ago now. I still have not received a refund. When can i expert a refund?

    It looks like cancelling the Premium plan didn’t trigger a refund on our end, we’re sorry about that. I’ve just refunded the full amount to you and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but banks outside the US sometimes require more time for processing (which means the refund can take longer to reach you). In some cases, banks remove the original charge from your statement rather than listing two separate debit and credit amounts.
