I was notified that I was being charged for an auto renewal and my credit card was charged. I need to have this charge removed immediately. I’ve never even used this account and can not afford to pay for this service. Please issue a refund immediately. Thank you very much.

Purchases made on WordPress.com can be cancelled and refunded during the refund period.
All plan purchases and renewals can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. As you have mentioned that you have already received partial refund. Please note that, after processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Manage Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.
If your domain was renewed recently, the option to cancel will not be available. In this case, please select “Contact Support to Cancel your Domain and Refund” to contact support and ask to disable automatic renewal or get in touch with us through other means. We can disable automatic renewal for your domain name or plan.
