I was notified that I was being charged for an auto renewal and my credit card was charged. I need to have this charge removed immediately. I’ve never even used this account and can not afford to pay for this service. Please issue a refund immediately. I’m not even seeing any account history when I search for the invoice to request a refund. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.

Please let us know which site URL is mentioned in the email receipt notification. We sent those automatically at the time of the charge. That is also the email address you’ll need to use for accessing the correct account where the charge originated from.
Alternatively, you can follow the instructions previously shared.

Thanks for helping out :) In this scenario, when there’s not a site mentioned, please go ahead and ask the user which site they were billed for. This helps us be more efficient in providing a refund and/or help.
