I have contacted you via ‘chat’ on April 5, 2019 requesting my account be cancelled and the $118 be refunded to my account as I was not aware this charge would occur. I was told via email the charges would be reimbursed. I have an email as proof of the reimbursement.
I have since contacted you two times to rectify this matter and have not received any return emails, nor has my account been reimbursed. Please tend to this matter or let me know what needs to be done to do reimburse my bank account. Thank you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How did you reach out to us the other two instances? I only have on record the time you reached out to us via chat on the 5th. I checked our system, and we definitely released the funds back on April 5th. The refund could take up to around 10 business days, and with Good Friday being a bank holiday, that would make the last business day today or tomorrow.
I would either wait and see if you see anything appear on your account tomorrow, or what I would do is reach out to your bank and see if they see any pending transactions under your account. We definitely released the funds and no longer have them, and depending on the bank and their respective process, it can very by a day or so difference in when you receive the refund.
