  HELLO GOOD MORNING, PLEASE I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND ON THE 11TH OF APRIL FOR A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION, BUT THE MONEY HAS NOT YET BEEN REFUNDED.

  We sent a full refund on 11th April and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Please contact your bank for more information about processing times. These vary between banks and international refunds (outside the US) can take longer than 5-10 business days to arrive in some cases. The transaction ID on the refund receipt can be used to help your bank locate the refund on their system.
