    This is the sixth or seventh time I have had to reach out for a refund that was authorized on April 5, 2019. It is now going to be May 1, 2019. I will be looking into further action, unfortunately. I have two emails confirming it would be there with 10 business days. That time limit has long passed.

    Sometimes there is an issue with the bank regarding refund amount. Have you asked your bank about this issue?

    I am also tagging this thread as ‘modlook’ for staff attention. Please wait for some time staff will help you out as much as they can to get your refund back.

  • Hi there,

    Have you contacted your bank regarding this transaction? As evidence of the billing statement here, we released the funds back to you on 4/5. The funds are no longer in our possession. I would reach out to your bank and see if there is anything that they see on their end.

    Let me know what you hear from them and we can go from there.
