refund

Hello
don’t receive the refund. The following upgrade has been cancelled and €48,00 refunded:
WordPress.com Personal apie https://marius880895731.wordpress.com
Your refund has been sent to the method of payment that you used for your original purchase. You will receive it in 7-10 business days. If you paid with a credit card, this may appear as a credit/refund on your statement, or the original charge will show as reversed, which would simply remove the original charge from your statement – depending on your bank. If you paid via PayPal, you’ll see the refund in your transaction history.

Hi @marius880895731,
I have tagged WordPress.com staff in this thread so they can more directly help you with the status of your refund.
All the best!

Hi marius880895731,
I’ve checked your account and a refund was successfully sent. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Contacting your bank is the next step. They should be able to confirm when you can expect the money to arrive and if there are any processing delays on their end. International refunds (to banks outside the US) sometimes take longer than 7-10 business days to arrive in some cases — your bank should be able to provide more information though.
I’ll be here if you have any questions in the meantime.

Hi there,
As you can see from your Billing History (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing) we have issued you two refunds. One for the plan (48€) and one for the domain (18€).
You can provide your bank the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipts as a reference to help them locate the funds.
