    Hello,

    I would like to request a refund.

    I JUST bought a premium account yesterday and in the same day, the account was suspended for payment issues.

    I am curious about the payment issues as I have paid with my debit card. I tried to upgrade via Paypal Credit but that wasn’t an option.

    After that my whole account was disabled and I was told by a representative it was because of payment options.

    Is it possible to get my account running back up again (my WordPress account) or get a refund?

    The website was JUST new. It wasn’t even a day old and it got shut down for payment issues which I am finding a bit difficult to understand as to what’s wrong.
