  Hi! My niece used my card and made charges to my account. I believe I cancelled everything immediately, so how do I get a refund?

  Hi there,

  You can check the refund policy on the following page:

  Manage Your Purchases

  You will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi there,

  I can see we processed a refund for you earlier today. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
