  Made a purchase with you guys, I cancelled it and would like to get a refund please?

  Refund usually takes around 7-10 business days to get reflected in your statement.

  Hi there,

  We issued your refund on 13 May when you cancelled your upgrade. When you did that we sent you a receipt for the refund via email. You can also view that receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Please contact your bank directly if you haven’t received it after that time.
