I purchased the premium plan but within 2 hours cancelled it and as per the refund policy if I cancel within 48 hours I should receive my money back . I got a message from my bank stating that the transaction has been reversed but I have not received my money back. When shall I receive it ?

The transaction being reversed means you will not be charged for it. No refund will be sent, but no money was removed from the account either. :)

I had already purchased a domain name and started editing my site until the site crashed and unable to use or transfer my domain name. no billing receipt showed on my WordPress account, however the transaction was still on my account statement and I had money taken out.

@9willeo9raphy9 We have no history of domain, transactions, or billing actions of any kind under your account.
Perhaps this was under a different account.

As per the refund policy , as long as I cancel my plan within 48 hours I should receive it back . Didn’t receive back a penny

Your bank said “that the transaction has been reversed” so I recommend checking with them to ensure that the transaction was indeed reversed.
Again, a reversed transaction means that in the end money was not taken from your account. Because of that, no refund is sent.
So, instead of receiving money back from us, no money was sent from you to us.

Exactly , that is the problem . The transaction was NOT reversed but I received an email stating that the transaction has been reversed . When shall this problem be solved ?

Hi there,
You only cancelled your upgrades two days ago on 23 May. Refunds can take up to ten business days to reflect on your bank account, and that depends on processing times at your bank over which we don’t have any control. Even if a transaction was reversed on your bank’s end before the transfer of funds even completed, it will also depend on their processing times when that will reflect on your statement.
Please be patient for this process to run its course, and contact your bank directly to follow up if you still don’t see the funds in your account.
