Refund

    I requested a refund for my domain name and received £17.36 in my account. However on the same day you also took out £17.45 when I had already been charged? Please refund the full amount.

    Hi franbrinkworth,

    I’ve checked your account and an auto renew for the Personal plan is the only recent charge. We issued a full refund on 3rd June 2019 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    The refund was sent in two parts and listed as $-48.00 and $-22.00.

    I see our Happiness Engineers are also working with you by email. If there is a charge on your statement outside of the one I mentioned above, please find the transaction ID on your statement and send that to us by email — do not share it here on these public forums.

    We can then take a closer look :)
