  Hi,

  Greetings. I like to seek yr help to check if refund has been made for mypsalmist.com. I have terminated a few weeks back.

  Also, I’ve cancelled the domain name. Has it been refunded ?

  Hi mypsalmist,

  I’ve checked your account and it shows we issued a refund on 16th May 2019. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  The domain portion of the plan was not refunded because it was cancelled outside of the refund period (48 hours after purchase):

  Manage Your Purchases

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact your bank for more information about processing times — these vary between banks. They can use the transaction ID on the refund receipt to help locate the refund on their system.

  It looks like the domain refund never went through, so I’ve processed that now. You should receive it in around ten business days.
