  Hi there,

  We issued your refund on 7 May. You can see a receipt including transaction IDs from our payment processors in the billing history section:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If the refund is not yet reflected in your bank account/credit card statement, that would indicate a processing problem at your financial institution. Please contact them directly, and give them the transaction IDs appearing in the refund receipts as a reference.
