  Please do not post sensitive transaction information regarding payments to WordPress.com in the public forums.

  We issued your refund on 30 May. The receipt you have confirms that.

  However, we have no control over how long your bank takes to process the refund on their end, or how they choose to display the refund on your statement. Please follow up with them directly if you’re not seeing the refund on that end yet. You can provide the transaction ID appearing in your receipt as a reference to them.
