Hi @createlearnconnect66840770cb, can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? I don’t see any purchases on this account, but if you’ll log into the correct one we can help.
If you’re not sure what that is, can you send a link to the site so we can look it up that way?

What is the URL of the site that had the upgrade connected? We will need confirmation of ownership of that upgrade in order to issue a refund.
