    Hello there,

    This is regarding a refund that i haven’t got back yet as of yet. The purchase was made in April, and according to your policies the refund shouldn’t have taken longer than 7 working days.

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. Here’s a direct link to your refund receipt:
