  My refund hasn’t gone through

  Hi there,

  The refund on your account went through on 25 June. You can see a receipt for that date containing a transaction ID from our payment processor in your account’s billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received it yet, the problem is with your bank’s processing of the refund at their end. Please contact them directly to ask about this.
