  Hello, would I be able to get issued a refund and not have a subscription anymore? I would prefer to go back to the wordpress.com free site as I’m limited on funds at the moment. I apologize for not having stopped the auto renew in time.

  You can cancel and refund your purchases at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you will need to be logged in as the account which owns the purchases. (We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.)
