  I have been trying for weeks to get a refund because I do not plan on using it account. Before I contact the Betyer Business Bureau, is there anyone I can contact who can help me with this!??!?!

  The site you referenced in your support ticket with our mobile team (to which you haven’t replied since June 30), behindthebadge.wordpress.com, belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account, but that account also has never bought anything from us.

  For what upgrade to you want a refund, and for what site did you buy it?
